Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Cost

Exportaro offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time.

  • Shipping time: 6–12 business days.
  • Processing time: 3–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather and other circumstances outside Exportaro's control may affect the final delivery date.

3. Expedited Shipping

Expedited air shipping is available for an additional $7 where the service is offered. The available shipping options and final price are shown at checkout.

4. Where Does Exportaro Deliver?

Exportaro delivers to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We currently do not deliver to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

5. Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within six hours of placing your order and before it has shipped. Once an order has entered shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.

6. Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition and returned in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Exportaro sent an incorrect or defective item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

7. Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
