Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through exportaro.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms, together with the policies linked on the Site and any separate written agreement signed by Exportaro, form the agreement between you and Exportaro. An order becomes binding only after Exportaro accepts it by sending an order confirmation or shipping the ordered item.
Exportaro may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch. When an order is cancelled, any payment collected for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Product Information and Pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Information may change without notice, and we may correct typographical errors, pricing errors or availability errors before accepting an order.
Any comparison or crossed-out price is provided for reference and may vary by product, place and time. Limited-time prices may be extended or ended without notice.
3. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud screening and any verification required by the payment provider.
4. Limited Quantities and Out-of-Stock Items
Some products and promotions are available only while supplies last. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item. For multi-item orders, available items may be shipped separately where appropriate.
5. Shipping, Taxes and Risk of Loss
Shipping charges, taxes and the available delivery methods are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, severe weather and other circumstances outside Exportaro's control.

6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days under the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after an approved return is received and inspected.
7. Limited Warranty
Except for rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, products are provided without a separate warranty from Exportaro. Any manufacturer warranty, when available, is subject to that manufacturer's terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exportaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or products. Exportaro's total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so these provisions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Personal Use and Compliance
You agree to use the Site and products lawfully and to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Products purchased through the Site are intended for personal use unless Exportaro agrees otherwise in writing.
10. Governing Terms
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
